New Hampshire is a Sales Tax-Free State.  Equipment, Parts and Service purchases made within NH and picked up in-store are not subject to MA, VT or ME State Sales Tax.  You are individually required by your state to report your purchases and taxes owed to your state of residence.

Any purchase (equipment or parts) or equipment serviced within our stores and delivered to MA, ME, NJ or PA on our company-owned vehicles or delivered by a third-party company ( UPS, Fedex, DHL or USPS) are subject to the sales tax of that state.

What does this mean?

If you purchase an item or have service done at our store and you pick it up yourself.
No Sales tax. Though you are required by your state to report it.

If you purchase an item or have equipment serviced and choose to have it delivered by any means.
We will collect the sales tax on that order.

If you purchase an item or have equipment serviced and drop it off but choose to have us deliver it to you.
You will be subject to your State sales tax and we will collect it.
